Terms & Conditions
Minimum order value: £750 excluding VAT. Orders are considered final upon receipt of order confirmation from Clio and Clover. 50% payment required upon confirmation of the order and 50% prior to shipment.
Wholesale Partners
All goods remain the property of Clio and Clover until payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed. Outstanding invoices will result in stock being held. After 2 years, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to undelivered stock. Accounts exceeding 60 days overdue may be referred to collections, with all associated costs charged to the retailer. Accounts exceeding 60 days may incur interest at 5% per month on outstanding balances. Orders cannot be cancelled once order confirmation has been accepted.
Shipping
Shipping will be calculated upon order confirmation.
Payment
All payments must be made net of bank fees and additional charges. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
Reorders
Min spend £500 for re-orders.
